Pier Luigi COPAT

Italian-born, Paris-based , Pier Luigi Copat studied architecture at the University of Florence, Italy, where he obtained a Master Degree in Architecture and Planning in 1987.

After three formative years with architect Steven Holl in New York, he moved to Paris where he worked for Santiago Calatrava before joining the Renzo Piano Building Workshop.

Pier Luigi Copat created his own practice in Paris, PLC Architectures, in 1995.

The firm offers architectural services for corporate and private clients with projects in most countries of Europe and overseas.

Since 1996 he works as Interior Design consultant for the Renzo Piano Building Workshop, on different projects of the firm.

In 2009 he joined the firm Highend Architecture in Hanoi, Vietnam, as Architect Partner with the role of ID Director.
