PROGRAM : Interior design for executives offices. Interior design of a restaurant, 5 bars, casino
DATE : 1998
PLC architectures has worked with the team of RPBW, the architect for the Potzdamer Platz project in Berlin, in the position of appointed Interior designer for some designated areas of this project for which the client, the Daimler-Bentz group, had required specific attention to the interior design .
In particular we have been asked to design the directors’ offices floor as well as the office and official apartment of the general director of the Debis Company, on the top floor of the tower named after the same company.
Within this same Debis building we have designed the main board meeting room as well as the entry lobby space and reception area.
For the Casino’s building on Marlene Dietrich Platz we have designed the ground floor restaurant in the public area of the building while for the Casino, we have designed bars as well as the Absolut Vodka bar.
Working on such a symbolically but also historically important project, integrating the design team of consultants lead by the RPBW team has been a rewarding and fundamental experience for the growth of the firm.
